At IdeasForged3D, we are committed to providing a reliable and straightforward shipping experience. Each product is carefully produced, inspected, and packaged to ensure it reaches our customers in excellent condition.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates for orders within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: $6.99 for orders under $50.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders of $50 or more.

Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Every product is made to order using 3D printing technology. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, production requirements, and current order volume.

Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping and Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination, carrier, and service selected. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

IdeasForged3D is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for qualifying addresses within our service area near Spring Hill, Florida.

• Standard Local Delivery: $4.99 for orders under $50.

• Free Local Delivery: Available on qualifying orders of $50 or more.

Local delivery eligibility and applicable charges are determined at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

If an address correction is necessary, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before shipment, modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to have been lost during transit, customers should contact us promptly so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

For damaged shipments, photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be requested to assist with the review process.

Issues involving shipping carriers will be evaluated individually, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery concerns.
